We know Barack Obama and he’s no Ronald Reagan

Stop, please stop, you’re embarrassing yourself Time Magazine:

I told you before - as have others - that Barack Obama in the attempt to salvage his failing presidency would attempt to move center. Time Magazine would have us believe that he now hearts Ronald Reagan in order to mimmick his style of leadership.

Like night and day, like summer and winter, there are absolutely NO similarities between Reagan and Obama, not a one. Obama is closer to Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, Noam Chomsky than Reagan. Nothing in his 20 years of public life give any indication that he even comes close to any system of belief near conservatism.

Indeed his hallmark trophy, Obamacare was soundly denounced by Reagan over 50 years ago.

If Obama truly believes as Reagan did, they he will be happy to join us conservatives in repealing his healthcare law. Until then, don’t bother Time Magazine.

Just days before Obama’s STOTU speech, there was a severely under reported story about how some left wing pundits were invited to meet with the President. These included Chris Matthews, Diane Sawyer, Wolf Blitzer, and equally leftwing pundits.

Bill O’Reilly interviewed one of the far leftwingers who had attended that meeting, and when asked what was discussed during the meeting, she did everything save diving under the desk to avoid answering the qustion.

Now the talking heads, who hated Reagan while he was in office, and did everything in their power to destroy Reagan, and proffering how much Obama is Reaganesque.

Time Magazine trying to make the connection is one thing. Numerous left wing talking heads making the same point is no coincidence. Was that the talking point handed to those priviledged few who were invited to meet with Obama right before the STOTU speech? To try to equate Obama with Reagan in order to give the impression that Obama is moving more to the center as his poll numbers can’t seem to reach the level of the percentage of votes Obama gained in November, 2008?

Maybe some ambitious researcher should dig into this and see if we are seeing the Journalist resurrected.
