BREAKING! Jose Padilla verdict soon

I’m at near the Court House in Miami with the Jose Padilla trial. The jury has finished it’s deliberations and the verdict is expected soon about 2pm.

UDPDATE 1: GUILTY!!!!! More to come…..

GUILTY on ALL COUNTS, of charges of conspiring to murder, kidnap and maim people overseas and up to 15 years on each of two terrorism material support counts.

Significant victory for the Bush Administration.

This is really great news!!!

I’ve always believed that Jose Padilla was the John Doe of the OKC Bombing. If you’ll look at the composite made of John Doe, it looks just like him.
