What Nasrallah really means is that Hezb has been proven to be the power in Lebanon, the Cedar Revolution is repealed, and another jihadi state can be officially established. But that was the de facto state of affairs before the war started anyway. This Pyrrhic victory for Hezbollah may or may not have further consequences, we'll see.
